With more than 15 years’ experience in the IT industry, Zinette began specialising in product management in 2008 at SAP. Now working for Panaya as the Director of Product Management she brings a wealth of knowledge in traditional Application Lifecycle Management approaches, and more importantly is a leading proponent for the emerging Enterprise Agile Delivery movement. With more than two decades under his belt with Oracle technologies, as a developer, project manager, techno-functional consultant, system integrator, instructor and more, Amir has pretty much “seen them all”. Dating back to Oracle EBS version 8.3 (formerly known as Oracle Applications), Amir shares his holistic view of the Oracle EBS space, and is a major contributor to Panaya’s product roadmap design.


Over the past two decades, Oren has notched up a wealth of experience in enterprise software consulting, product strategy, product management and product marketing. Career highlights include: ERP project management and consulting, leading product management, marketing, and strategy at B2B software companies, from small startups to global software vendors. Oren is currently the VP of Product Marketing at Panaya.


Amit is a senior IT application team manager with over 12 years of SAP experience. He has led dozens of global projects, and has comprehensive knowledge on building, executing and monitoring IT work plans. Amit’s current role has him in charge of product usage and roadmap, best practices development, consulting and supporting strategic accounts.


Natalie Cohen is Panaya’s Online Marketing Manager & Digital Media Guru. As a Marketing Expert she always keeps track with all the recent trends in the Digital World and has a special passion for moving things through the B2B funnel. David Giller is CEO at Brainiate. He is also a Salesforce MVP, Trainer, Consultant, Blogger, Author and Salesforce User Group Leader. On paper, David is an attorney – although he is currently retired from practicing law. Through a series of bizarre and unexpected twists in his career, David found himself managing product development & marketing in various law-related industries. Then he ended up managing large-scale IT projects at NBC Universal and GE Capital – where he was first introduced to Salesforce. According to David, it was love at first login.Today, David helps organizations to “make Salesforce easy” by training employees, identifying areas of improve the existing Salesforce configuration, and sharing best practices to help organizations get the most out of the Salesforce platform.


Serge Lazimi, an expert in testing and quality assurance solutions and methodologies, especially for packaged applications, has more than a decade, experience in product management, consulting, IT, and sales with enterprise applications across the globe. He is currently the Director of Product Management for Testing Solutions at Panaya.


Benjamin is a business-savvy and experienced product manager with Panaya, responsible for Panaya Test Dynamix solution which is a SaaS Platform that helps organizations to accelerate and standardize packaged application testing. Expertise and experienced in managing many enterprise customers in EMEA while leveraging Panaya’s capabilities throughout their testing journey. He is collaborative and research-oriented with over 8 years of experience as a project manager for large enterprises, government and public-sector customers.


Josh is marketing specialist for Panaya. He enjoys staying up to date in tech industry trends. Passionate about being both creative & critical in his writing’s he aims to add clear and definitive value in every story.


Rafi Kretchmer is Panaya’s VP Marketing. Rafi brings more than 17 years of senior management experience in B2B corporate and product marketing from the software enterprise arena. As VP Marketing he is responsible for all marketing activities including: positioning transformation, go-to market strategy, strategic market direction, lead and demand generation, online and offline marketing plans and leading the global marketing team. Prior to Panaya Rafi was leading Portfolio Marketing and Demand Generation at NICE systems, Head of Portfolio and Revenue Management Marketing at Amdocs and Team Lead of Product Management at BMC Software. Rafi is a graduate of the IDF MAMRAM unit and holds a BA in Business Management and MA in Law from Bar-Ilan University.


With nearly 20 years of technical and product management experience, Avishai Shafir is a seasoned expert in business application testing, software development, product management, and go-to-market strategies. In his current role as Director of Product Management at Panaya, Avishai leads the strategy and development of the company’s testing products. Previous positions include: leading the team of architects that drove the functionality of the HP QC/ALM Suite, heading up product marketing at BluePhoenix Solutions, and being part of the team that defined the roadmap of Magic Software Enterprises’ line of products.


Jesper is a Test Manager at an outsourcing company (NNIT.com) with deliveries both in development, application maintenance, infrastructure and operations. While he usually do test management in software projects his interests are all kinds of testing also outside of software development. David brings to Panaya over 18 years of senior management experience in product management, technology, pre-sales and business strategy. David was holding the role of Panaya Chief Product Officer prior to his nomination as Panaya CEO. As Chief Product Officer he was responsible for all product management activities including: product strategy and direction, roadmaps, go to market strategy, pricing, and leading the global product house teams. Before joining Panaya, David held various senior positions at NICE including Head of Product Management for their Multi-Channel Recording and Voice Biometrics solutions. He previously served as Director of Product Management for NICE’s Big Data Customer Experience Analytics solutions, where he led innovation and go to market teams. Prior to that, he also held various pre-sales, engineering and technology leadership positions at NICE and RAD DataCommunications. David holds an MBA from the Tel-Aviv University and BSc in Computer Science from Open University in Tel-Aviv.


Asher has over 15 years of SAP experience. He has held wide ranging leadership roles that span implementation, sales and product marketing. Asher’s current role as Director of Product Marketing has him in charge of inbound and outbound market planning as well as the creation of sales messaging, presentations, and pricing.


Jake Klein is CEO of Panaya, an Infosys company. Previously, he was a Vice President of the Infosys Innovation Fund and Corporate Development team, and is responsible for the IIF investments in Cloudyn and CloudEndure. Prior to joining Infosys in 2015, Jake spent a number of years at SAP in various Product, Business Development and R&D leadership roles. Most notably Jake led Product Management for SAP HANA from inception to its growth into a billion dollar line of business within SAP. While at SAP he also held the role of Senior Vice President, R&D, responsible for SAP’s next generation development experience, SAP River. Jake holds an MBA with distinction from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.


Eyal Elazar is a Product Marketing Manager in Panaya. Experienced in designing strategic narratives and translating complex market situations into compelling offers, Eyal delivers the voice of the market as he develops product positioning and messaging and leads marketing plans to support product/features launches for Panaya’s ERP Change Intelligence portfolio.


Melissa Barrera has over 15 years experience in the Information Technology field having earned a degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida with Master’s coursework in Human Factors and Systems from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Melissa has more than seven years experience as a Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications with primary focus on Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules. With prior experience in the dotcom and telecom industries, the desire towards a career in education field was fueled during an Adjuct Instructor opportunity to teach Digital Media. Melissa’s hobbies include web development, water sports and tennis and she enjoys continued learning and skill-building.

Binyamin Kamilar

Binyamin has over 30 years of experience in IT, including 15 years delivering Oracle EBS solutions. He has been on both sides of the fence, implementing EBS as an IT Manager and as an SI consultant. At Panaya he is leading presales and customer development initiatives for Oracle customers worldwide. Binyamin’s previous workplaces include Oracle Consulting and Support, Soda Club, and Chiaro Networks.

Marty Rothenberg

Marty has over 25 years delivering enterprise applications, including 10 years delivering Oracle EBS delivery at Oracle Consulting. Marty has a knack for identifying true business value opportunities in real-life project settings. Before joining Panaya, Marty worked at Oracle Consulting, Hewlett-Packard, and Pearson Education.


Iris Abramovich is the Head of Corporate Marketing at Panaya. Iris is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy, managing the Panaya brand, and defining event strategy to support the business’ goals. As a marketing leader, Iris believes motivation, adaptability, and creativity are crucial skills for a marketing team in the current market.


Don has over 15 years experience in customer education. He has an MBA in Training Management from the University of London. Before working at Panaya, he worked at Verint and Amdocs.


Libbie Jacobs-Moyal is a team leader of full-stack developers in the R&D Infrastructure & Oracle group at Panaya. She was a crucial member in some of Panaya’s most challenging development projects across different areas of expertise. Recently she led the cross-group Fargate expedition, taking Panaya’s infrastructure right into the future.


Yael Kahn is the director of sales development at Panaya, she leads an international team from 7 different countries develops and scales them with high-performing outbound sales skills and tools. She trains, manages, and mentors our team to ensure individuals and teams are achieving best practice levels of productivity and meeting or exceeding sales pipeline goals.


Guy Vago is the SAP Product Manager at Panaya. He has over 15 years of experience in high tech. Before working at Panaya, Guy was a Technical Sales Development Manager at ECI Telecom and Director of Product Management at NG Tech.


Dr. Doron Tauber is an IT mentor and expert of the SAP ecosystem. Dr. Tauber has an extensive technical background. For more than two decades he has driven innovation, developed strategies, and defined the product roadmaps of information systems for various organizations. He has mentored students and lectured on IT and business at various universities. Dr. Tauber has a special expertise in ERP systems and is currently the CTO of Enterprise Solutions at Panaya.


Brenda Percy is a technology writer with 17 years of experience, specializing in SaaS, quality and compliance management, and EHS software. She has a background in enterprise quality, marketing, and journalism.”
