David brings to Panaya over 18 years of senior management experience in product management, technology, pre-sales and business strategy. David was holding the role of Panaya Chief Product Officer prior to his nomination as Panaya CEO.
As Chief Product Officer he was responsible for all product management activities including: product strategy and direction, roadmaps, go to market strategy, pricing, and leading the global product house teams.
Before joining Panaya, David held various senior positions at NICE including Head of Product Management for their Multi-Channel Recording and Voice Biometrics solutions. He previously served as Director of Product Management for NICE’s Big Data Customer Experience Analytics solutions, where he led innovation and go to market teams. Prior to that, he also held various pre-sales, engineering and technology leadership positions at NICE and RAD DataCommunications.
David holds an MBA from the Tel-Aviv University and BSc in Computer Science from Open University in Tel-Aviv.
Oded brings to Panaya over 16 years of multi-cultural senior management experience in both the software and the hardware industries. Holding vast experience in establishing and managing pre-sales, professional-services and customer support organizations across multiple geographies.
As Chief Customer Officer, he is responsible for ensuring that Panaya delivers an excellent ROI for all clients. His team is responsible for managing implementations, helping customers ensure adoption across their organizations, and assuring Panaya’s service availability and security.
Before joining Panaya Oded held senior positions at NICE Systems (US & APAC), Orbotech and Radware. He holds a B.S.c. Degree in Management & Accounting.
As Chief Financial Officer at Panaya, Amir Kviatkovsky is responsible for leading the company’s finance organization & operations and is a member of the company’s executive leadership team.
Amir has more than 18 years of experience with leading finance organizations at global high-tech, medical devices and digital health companies including Given Imaging Ltd, Medtronic, Covidien, Tyco International and KPMG.
Prior to joining Panaya, Amir served as the CFO of Given Imaging Ltd, a leading high-tech company which develops, manufactures and markets disruptive medical technologies.
As an established finance leader, Amir has extensive and rich global experience engaging managers and employees to conquer organizational and financial goals in multi-cultural environments.
Amir holds MBA from Tel Aviv University, Israel and is Certified Public Accountant.
As Chief Marketing Officer at Panaya, Ron Pick is responsible for increasing Payana’s brand awareness and optimizing the buyer’s journey to generate interest and revenue at a global scale. Ron’s teams at Payana’s lead initiatives in pipeline generation, corporate marketing and product marketing.
Ron brings over 15 years of marketing and entrepreneurial experience. Prior to joining Panaya, Ron held a number of positions at SimilarWeb, including the VP of Marketing & Demand Generation teams. Prior to that Ron was the Co-founder in AdExtent a marketing and advertising technology startup.
Zinette brings to Panaya over 15 years of management experience in product management, technology and business strategy. As VP Product she is responsible for all product management activities including: product strategy and direction, roadmaps, product release planning and leading the global Product Management, UX and Sales Enablement teams.
She has previously served as Director of Product Management for Panaya’s Release Dynamix ERP Portfolio.
Before joining Panaya, Zinette held various senior positions at NICE and SAP, including Manager of WFO Advanced Performance Cloud and Speech and Text mining Products and various product management, business architect and technology leadership positions at SAP.
Dror brings to Panaya over 20 years of multi-cultural Senior International Software Development management experience in both startup and corporate environments, with a focus on aligning software development teams with products and customer needs.
Dror is responsible for all aspects of the company’s R&D teams including leading and managing the R&D organization, implementing strategies, defining goals and objectives for the different teams, as well as managing their day to day operations. Dror assembles the technical architecture and oversees its execution in order to provide maximum value to the company and its customers.
Dror lived in the US until the end of 2017, where he held senior management positions in Crystal Equation Corporation, Elateral Inc and Amdocs Inc, serving customers like AT&T, Coca-Cola and Facebook.
He has an MBA from Georgia State University and M.Sc. in Management and Industrial Engineering from Ben Gurion University.
Shany is a Human Resources executive with broad experience in global HR management at SaaS organizations & startups. With over 15 years of experience, she brings a successful track record in supporting robust company growth, implementing major changes through strong business-related strategy execution and building management teams. In-depth experience in initiating, executing and implementing HR strategies and solutions grounded in systems thinking, analytics and organizational effectiveness practices to increase productivity and employees’ engagement.
Shany started at Panaya as the HR Business Partner of the global Sales and CS departments and was promoted to VP People on August 2018. Prior to Panaya Shany functioned as the Global VP HR of RealMatch, a Job Advertising platform, powered by AI. At RealMatch she led the HR department, building and shaping strong HR foundations, global multidisciplinary recruitment, maximizing the value of human capital, and aligning it with company initiatives, values and strategic objectives.
Shany holds both a Bachelor degree in Human Resources and Sociology and a Master degree in Organizational Consulting and Development from Bar-Ilan University. After spending the last 10 years in the U.S., recently Shany and her family moved back to Israel.
Moshe is responsible for Global sales for Panaya Salesforce product (‘ForeSight’). ForeSight unique Impact Analysis provides online full visibly into every salesforce project, supporting DevOps and CI/CD projects, reducing time, effort and minimizing risk. Moshe joined Panaya in 2010. Previously Moshe was EVP Sales for APJ (Asia/Pacific & Japan). Previously, Moshe was leading Panaya Global Strategic Partners with partners such as IBM, Accenture, DXC, Deloitte, TCS and others.
Prior to joining Panaya, Moshe held senior sales leadership roles at NICE, Amdocs and Magic Software. Moshe holds an MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management
