Mazda is one of the world’s largest automakers, selling over 1 million vehicles worldwide, with over 44,000 employees worldwide. Mazda began operating in Europe in 1967 and re-established its sales network in key European markets at the beginning of the new millennium. They serve over 40 European markets, have 31 distributors and over 1,700 dealerships throughout Europe.
Mazda Europe needed to upgrade to Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.5 (EBS), the latest release. This version includes some very specific enhancements and bug fixes that are specific to the automotive industry and target Mazda US’s business requirements. The goal of this upgrade is for Mazda’s European division to better align with Mazda in the United States.
