Social & Community Manager

Description

Panaya a market leader in enterprise Change Intelligence is looking for an online social and community manager to support our marketing efforts.

The position will help position Panaya as thought leaders in the SAP, Oracle and Salesforce ecosystem by working with our marketing team to develop compelling content and building an audience in our respective fields. 

About The Role:

  • Build an online community to support our growing initiative. 
  • Plan and publish social content and maintain the content calendar.
  • Monitor the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall strategy
  • Contribute to creative ideas as part of the initiative 
  • Help facilitate video and audio content programming.
  • Grow our audiences

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building a successful online community 
  • Experience in defining social media strategy, KPIs and goals to grow audience and engagement
  • Thorough knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, twitter and YouTube.
  • Outstanding organization skills; ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple requirements and projects
  • Excellent writing skills in Hebrew and English and overall communication skills, attention to details 
  • High execution skills – self starter and ability take things from ideas to actions quickly
