Education Specialist-(remote-friendly)

Description

Panaya is looking for an experienced education specialist that will develop, design and deliver software training sessions to our customers.

The qualified candidate will develop and deliver onsite and remote sessions in customer facing standards, including hands on exercises, strategy planning sessions, new product features and methodology. The position requires significant national and international travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical training to customers via various media (e.g. classroom training, conference sessions, webinars and web sessions)
  • Independently lead and develop learning solutions through training life cycle – needs analysis, mapping, design, development, delivery and lesson learning.
  • Work closely with Support, Product Management and R&D to gain expertise in new products and versions

Requirements

  • Experience in customer facing content development
  • Education experience in Tech companies
  • Excellent educational content development and design skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • The job requires 50% travelling
